Zoe and Jess were fantastic- we drove to Narellen to test drive the car and decided to purchase and Zoe dealt with us at the Narellan Subaru with the test drive, offers on vehicles as the one we went to see and test drive sold 5mins before we arrived, trade in quotes and inspection of our current vehicle and information on the makes and models we were considering and then we decided to purchase. Zoe arranged for us to collect the vehicle from Penrith Subaru and Jess (from Narellan Subaru) drove to Penrith Subaru and went through the handover and options and car features on arrival as well as setting up myself and my husband as drivers in the new vehicle and getting our phones synced, seating positions and mirror settings sorted and the final paperwork.

The team at Subaru would've of been more helpful and friendly. Zoe was amazing, and explained all the details of purchasing. Kept me up to date and upfront with how the sale was processing. Make arrangements to have an item repaired and offered a courtesy car while repairs being done. Car was well maintained and looked after. On delivery the car was detailed and looking as new. Features and operations of vehicle was explained. Nothing was too much to do. Thanks Team Happy customer
