I called Trivett Subaru Parramatta to make an appointment to test drive the Outback and from there it was a very easy process to purchase a new vehicle. There was a dedicated mobile phone number to send and receive text messages which was incredibly convenient from that first phone call to after picking up the car. When arriving for the test drive, Hunter Merrick was my contact, and he was a delight to deal with, diligently explaining everything and politely answering all my questions. When I came in to pick up the car, Hunter patiently went through all the features of the car and assisted with connecting my phone and personalising my driver preferences (seat and steering wheel position etc) plus going over all of the buttons and features. This was an immense help as it would otherwise have been quite overwhelming as I have only been used to driving quite basic cars without any tech. I would highly recommend Trivett Subaru Parramatta and Hunter Merrick.

After a long two-month search for a car, I’m so glad we visited Trivett Subaru Parramatta.
