What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? The 3.6-litre Outback, due to its combination of power, refinement and luxury.

What does excellent customer service mean to you? Taking time to fully understand customer needs and requirements before trying to exceed them.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle? I'm a dyed in the wool Subaru Outback guy! The balance of space, comfort and luxury is perfect!

The WRX - Power, agility, value for money and iconic, all combined into one car. 

What do you love about the brand?

All-Wheel-Drive grip and handling. 

What is your favourite car colour and why?

Dark Grey or Silver. It doesn't get boring and is good for resale. 

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? The Outback 3.6 because of the power, comfort and smooth drive.

How do you deliver excellent customer service? By always making sure the customer leaves with a smile on their face without any unanswered questions.

What makes you a special team member at your dealership? I am accountable and make sure I always deliver what I promise.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle? I love the WRX! For a sports car it's surprisingly good on fuel and, it's versatile. 

What makes you a special team member? I have a very high level of product knowledge. My hands on expertise enables me to help explain features and answer technical questions.

What do you love about the brand? Subaru has stayed true. Our cars are built and manufactured in Japan and quality has never slumped.
